Shipping and delivery

1. Order processing:

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, orders placed on the weekend of Saturday & Sunday will most likely be processed the following Monday and you will receive order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our ordering system, requiring you to respond to the email immediately. Please ensure that the email address you provide when placing your order is valid.

2. Shipping:

– Shipping time is within 7 – 15 working days or longer depending on destination. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday (except holidays)

– It is possible that for some reasons that we cannot predict such as inclement weather, orders may be delayed for a few days. We will contact you via email.

3. Cost:

Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.

4. Order tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

5. Shipping delay:

– If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will refund your full order amount.

– If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you haven’t received your order, check around your house first because it might be hidden somewhere. If this still doesn’t help you, please contact the shipping company we included in your shipping status email notification.

6. My shipping information has not been updated?

– Sometimes it takes a while to update information. All packages must undergo strict cleaning and quality control procedures prior to shipping for customer safety, which may result in shipping delays.

– If the package is in transit or going through customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station.

– Or sometimes the shipping company may not provide package information in time.

– We will endeavor to inform you of these or please contact us for assistance.

7. In case of lost order:

If your order is lost during shipping or delivered to the wrong address, please email our customer service department and we will assist you as soon as possible. However, if the order is successfully delivered to the correct address confirmed by the shipping company, we will not be responsible for loss.

8. Can I change the delivery address?

We cannot change the delivery address once it has been shipped. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If in case your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. So please make sure your shipping address is correct and if you have any questions, please contact us first.
