Shipping and delivery


We work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and accurately. Here are the details of our shipping and delivery process:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will begin processing the following Monday.
  • The daily order cut-off time is 5pm (EST).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been entered into the system. Please ensure that your email address is valid to avoid missing important information.

2. Shipping

  • Our orders are shipped within the United States only via UPS.
  • Delivery times range from 7 – 15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping is Monday through Saturday, no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
  • In some cases of force majeure such as bad weather, orders may be delayed. We will update you via email if there is a problem.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: $6.99 for all orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can visit the “Track Your Order” page on our website to track the status of your order.
  • If you cannot find the tracking number, please check your confirmation email or contact us for assistance.

5. Delivery information not updated?

Sometimes, the tracking information may not be updated immediately. This may be because the package is in the quality control process or is at checkpoints.
In this case, please wait patiently or contact us to check the details.

6. Lost order

  • If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact customer service via email for assistance.
  • Note: We will not be responsible if the order has been confirmed as successfully delivered to the correct address you provided.

7. Change the delivery address

We can only change the delivery address within 24 hours after you place the order.

If the order has been delivered to the carrier, we cannot change the delivery address. So please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.
