1. Can I return a product after purchase?
Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
2. What are the conditions for returning a product?
To ensure that your product is eligible for return or exchange, please note:
Unused: The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Undamaged: The product must not show signs of damage, soiling, or changes from its original condition.
Provide photos and videos: Please provide photos and videos to prove the condition of the product when requesting a return. If not, we will not process your request.
Order cancellation time: If you want to cancel your order, please request within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours or once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order information.
3. What is the return process?
To start the return process, please:

- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return or exchange
- Name of product you wish to return
Once we receive your request, we will respond and guide you through the return process.
4. How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your product has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the product is eligible, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 30 business days.
5. What are the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Fees: We do not charge a refund fee, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times range from 7-15 business days depending on your shipping location. We only ship within the United States and ship via UPS.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also visit the Track Your Order page on our website to check the status of your order.
9. What if I don’t receive my order or it is lost?
If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact customer service via email for assistance. However, we will not be responsible if the order has been confirmed as successfully delivered to the correct address you provided.
10. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
We can only change the delivery address within 24 hours after you place the order. Once the order has been transferred to the shipping unit, we cannot change the delivery address.
