1. 30-day return
You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. After this period, we cannot accept the return request.

To ensure that your product is eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following conditions:
- Unused product: The product must be new, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.
- Undamaged: The product must not show signs of damage, dirt or change from its original condition.
- Photos and videos to prove: Please provide photos and videos to prove the condition of the product when submitting a return request. Without this proof, we will not be able to process your request.
- Order cancellation time: If you want to cancel your order, you must request it within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours or when the order has entered the shipping process, we cannot cancel or change the order information.
3. Return and refund process
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

– Provide detailed information including:
- Product SKU.
- Your full name.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Name of the product you want to return.
– After receiving your request, we will respond and guide you through the return process.
– Once your product has been received and inspected by us, you will receive an email confirming the status of your return. If the product is eligible, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
- Refunds: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Ineligible products: If the product does not meet the return requirements, we will return it to you and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective due to a manufacturer defect or was delivered incorrectly.
Refund fees: We do not charge a refund fee, but shipping related costs are not refundable.
5. Late or missing refunds
In the event that you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
